Hi,
I tried to upgrade two BigIP an 3600 (v10.2.1) and an 1600 (v10.2.0).
And I have got the same problem.
I can't delete a volume, I can't create a volume, I can't install the new version on an existing volume!!

The installed version is 10.2.0 / 10.2.1 , and I want install the version 11.4.1
