(TMM) memory utilization is good , but (others) is high ...always

Dears , Why the (Other)processes (other than TMM) always highly utilize the memory ??   I know that this is a normal behavior, but what is the description of this issue ?

What modules you have provisioned.

 

And exactly which statistic page you're looking at... Output from tmstat and 'ps -elf' could be helpful too...
