TLS session resumption issue

Dear all,

 

I have an issue with tls session resumption. I set up a VS with a basic client ssl profile with a client authentification. It's working once and then the BigIP is sending a reset on next attempt of the client. When i do a network capture i can see the following message : " Expert Info (Note/Sequence): This session reuses previously negotiated keys (Session resumption) "

 

The SSL client profile's name doesn't have more than 32 characters, so it doesn't fall in this article :

On the SSL Client profile most of the settings are by default except for the certificate and client authentification. Cache Size and Cache Timeout have the default value.

 

When i'm testing on my side with a basic wget command it's works all the time but when the customer uses his system we have the describe behavior.

 

BigIP version is in 11.6 HF6.

 

Is someone has an idea of what is going on ?
