Time Delay to reach the server

You can check the developer tool option on your browser to see what taking it so long to load..

Open you browser and do a F12 or Fn+F12, it opens a developer window within the browser, go to Network tab on the top..

once you're here, type your public url in the address bar and hit enter.. you should be able to see the objects it loading and time they're taking to load.. Depending on that you can decide use some caching on the servers or something like oneconnect on F5 to reduce the loading time.
