We are facing a problem related to the SSO on APM for application. The user must authenticate twice to access the application.

Where are they authenticating twice? Once in APM, once in application? What is the application? What is the SSO method(NTLM, Forms, Kerberos, etc)? Is this a portal resource? Where is the SSO method assigned, on the Access Policy or within resource items of a portal resource?

Rodrigo_N_SoareGuys, thanks for the help found the problem. He was in the "Forms" uri the address was wrong. Sorry for the trouble exemplify what happened. But it was solved. Thank you.
