"The download of the specified resource has failed."

I get this one from users occasionally and I do not have access to their PCs. Any ideas what this means?

 

 

Nothing matches "specified resource" in the knowledge base...

    FYI my problem with this seems to be related to our proxy server. If we set an IE exception then the problem goes away.

    This still happens sometimes even when people are not using a proxy server. . . I wish I knew what else to look for.
