Cirrus"The download of the specified resource has failed."
I get this one from users occasionally and I do not have access to their PCs. Any ideas what this means?
Nothing matches "specified resource" in the knowledge base...

CirrusFYI my problem with this seems to be related to our proxy server. If we set an IE exception then the problem goes away.
