The Active Directory refused to change your password
I am using :
FirePass 1200 Administrative Console
and I have a problem regarding passwords, the user can not change password from F5 firepass.
I have an error message telling
"The Active Directory refused to change your password"
I had the problem using version 6.0 for that reason I migrated to 7. but problem still persists.
somebody knows how to fix this problem? is very annoying for users because they depend on system administrator to unlock or reset their password.
thanks for your help !!

Hi,
You can check SOL7426 for details on this:
sol7426: Active Directory users receive the following error message: The Active Directory refused to change your password
http://support.f5.com/kb/en-us/solutions/public/7000/400/sol7426.html
If you have questions on the issue, you could open a case with F5 Support.

Thanks for your reply,
but For that reason I migrated to V. 7.0.0
this sol7426 is applied for version 6.
Once I migrated, I still has this problem..and I thought updating my F5 will arrange it. but no...
I am still looking to fix it.
I will open a case ...to f5 support
