Yes it sounds like that traffic should be traversing your wildcard 0.0.0.0 vip. You can create a profile with a longer tcp timeout and apply it there if need be. If you don't want to do it to all protocols, just create a 0.0.0.0: forwarding vip and apply the profile with a longer timeout to that.

 

 

I would highly recommend upgrading to 9.3.1 as well, that is the maintenance release that stabilizes the 9.2 branch.
