Sync issue with F5 devices

Hi All,   one of F5 device node is showing disconnect state and another device is showing in changes pending state.   However its showing that devices are sync.   Pls. let me know why we are...

  1. Check the logs regarding connectivity between both units. Perhaps a firewall is blocking something.
  2. If you made modifications on one unit (change pending unit), force sync or full sync.
  3. If issue still occurs, you can try to reset the trust.
  4. Call our support for analysis.
