Hi,
I have downloaded the file BIGIP-12.0.0.0.0.606.ALL-scsi and asked for a license on the strongbox for F5-BIG-EGW-AWS-1 and F5-BIG-EGWVECLP but we are getting the error:
Unable to grant license key: Error 51133, F5 registration key is not compatible with the detected platform - This platform, "Z100", cannot be activated with this registration key "VEQSCAQ-FBBXEFL".
The ova file was installed on ESX.
Do you have any idea why this is happening?

im not sure on the second license type, but F5-BIG-EGW-AWS-1, that would need to be assigned to an AMI on Amazon Web Services i think, rather than a standard VE box in ESX.
Perhaps you need to reach out to your local F5 reseller for help on this.
