stmp tls/ssl monitor using curl, etc.

hello, I am trying to create an external smtp monitor that uses curl or perl but it looks like the libraries aren't installed. Is this correct? is there a way around this? I am testing against googl...

curl will be updated to support pop3s, imap4s and smtps in 11.4.1 but it is not released yet.
