Sticky sessions exempt for a specific URL Endpoint

Is it possible to have sticky sessions apply to a full VIP/FQDN with the execption of a specific end point? For example, say the FQDN is 'https://webapptool.test.edu' but we want to have anything with the endpoint (/rest/v1/*) exempt from the sticky session. Right now we have a Source_Addr persistence as our Default Persistence Profile and it doesn't seem to be working the way it should in some situations.
