Statistics role in BigIQ

Is there a role available for statistics? I gave a user LTM Viewer but if they click on view statistics on a vserver it gives 403 forbidden. My goal is to give a user to below access:

 

Pool operater (enable/disable servers) LTM Viewer to see VIPs Stats for all of the vips and pools
