Statistics Dashboard view no login

Is there some way to access the Statistics Dashboard without logging in to the Big IP? I would like to create a page that presents the BigIP (version 14.1.X.X) Dashboard. Is it possible for my customers to read it without a account to our BigIP? Or is there some way i can do this with a Access Policy and a Local BigIP accound maby?
