- it might help if you explain a bit better what you want, we can't read minds here (and we don't want to ... usually ...) to start with SSRS, you mean SQL Server Reporting Services? then you say implement, what do you mean with implement, you want to load balance two SQL Server Reporting Services servers on a F5 BIG-IP running 11.6? then you mention it requires authentication, how exactly, do you need to authenticate before you can access the SQL Server Reporting Services? or do the SQL Server Reporting Services have to authenticate against something? so authenticating with AD, but again what exactly. if you are wondering how to do the authentication of SQL Server Reporting Services with AD, then a microsoft forum is probably a better place. what is asking for a uri? please provide a screenshot or such.

Hi Boneyard, yes my apologies as i rushed this. This is completed now. But yes its SQL Server Reporting Services and i was using APM for AD authentication, I was using an irule but found the issue with some help, as my irule was incorrect with the case sensitive - string tolower. my next issue i need to try and fix if you know APM is the session for the url is caching and not closing the session after the client has been using the website. Then the client gets this error Your session couldnot be established - sorry but again i have problems understanding you. the session for the url is caching? do you mean that if you log off from the application you don't close the APM session? did you enter the logoff url on the APM profile?

Hi Boneyard, i sorted this part out, but now with APM im having issue with APM AD authentication where in the Browser its asking for username twice. for example it goest to the https://example.com/my.policy, and then you type in the username and password but then it prompts you again
is there a way to make it only do SSO once in the Access Policy ›› Access Profiles : Access Profiles Listt
thanks
- if you have to type it twice it probably doesn't work correct the first time. i assume the first time you enter username and password in the /my.policy website and then the second time via that pop up? that simply indicated that SSO didn't function. have used the SSO mapping element in your policy? do you use exact the same info from the /my.policy page and this pop up? also please explain how your solved your issues, others might benefit from that.

Hi
this is the part im having the issue with as its going twice because of this below. your right the SSO is not working properly then. how to make the logon page the only login, not understanding how to add the mapping element
thanks
- you click the + after Successful and then at the assignment tab you add the SSO Credential Mapping element.

this is working fine then, looks like MOzilla is having an issue with sha1 certs and forcing this to prompt twice.
there is another url in my org and there are having the same issue, as ie and google chrome no issue
