Here is what I've seen done.

 

A SSRS Report was created to return a simple static message on the screen. On F5 an "HTTP/or/HTTPS Monitor" was created to request to run that specific report:

 

Code GET /Reports/Pages/Report.aspx?ItemPath=%2NameofReport HTTP/1.1\r\nHost: friendlyname.fqdn.com\r\n

The receive string in the monitor looked for the "Title of the Page"

 

Code "NameofReport - Report Manager"

With both the HTTP/HTTPS monitor you can pass username/password for credentials.
