SSO WEBFORM renders a faulty page after enabling ADAL or Modern Authentication

We recently changed our authentication method from Basic to Modern (ADAL). Since then, we are noticing that for external users not on VPN, the skype F5 Web Forms authentication page comes up with no scroll bars. Users have to use the Tab key to toggle through. Any ideas/help? Much appreciated..
