Excuse me if this is the wrong forum to ask (but I can not see a LTM forum)
I have a one arm configuration where I am using a 1500 to load balance traffic to two SSL servers, my problem is IE (and I assume other browsers, depending on configuration) are getting upset about the hostname in the certificate.
Unfortunetly I have to use SSL (2 way) from end-point to end-point as I am using the client certifcate for authentication against a web app, therefore terminating SSL at the LTM is not an option (unless I rework my auth schemes which I do not want to do)
How would you approach this, one thought I have is using wild card's in the hostname....V9 supports it I see (https://tech.f5.com/home/solutions/sol3395.html) so that migh work for me...assuming IE is happy with it.
I can not get back on to this problem for a day, so thought I would ask the community first. Any advice gratefully received.
Regards
Jason

I think I found an answer ... I'll give wildcards a shot (just saw Acidkewpies post below, dunno why I missed it first time, apologies)
