SSL Orchestrator and Local Traffic for SSL Bypass

When entering URL's or IPs into SSL Orchestrator they dont seem to bypass the site and when seem to have to enter the site IP in the Local Traffic setting to create a virtual server to get it to work. Does the SSL Orchestrator look at traffic differently than the Local Traffic > Virtual serveR? Is there something were are missing with configuration on the SSL Orchestrator that may not be set properly? Is there a command I should be using to monitor the specific traffic? I've searched the KBs so if there is one related to this question I overlooked please attached thanks.
