Can i ask that you take a look at the following link first Troubleshooting SSL and this may help. If not then you may be able to provide more details on your issue to get more specific assistance.

    Sure, thank you. Can you advise few CLI commands to capture the traffic and analyze the capture for SSL handshake errors? Any particular command to keep it handy when the issue arrives?
