SSL errors when connecting to activate.f5.com

any ideas why we are seeing this error ?

telnet activate.f5.com 443
Trying 104.219.111.132...
Connected to activate.f5.com.
Escape character is '^]'.
Connection closed by foreign host.
ping to fqdn works , telnet to fqdn on port 443 works.
trying from an centos server

it turned out to be an SSL inspection policy was blocking the connection !
I don't see any issue. Can you please telnet and see any blockage on network.
