SSL errno 104 through F5 (vip), directly with curl ok
I've changed the cipher like it was described in the KB article. Unfortunately it has also not solved the problem.
After I've disabled the monitor of the pool I can see Client Hello messages if I try to reconnect to the site. The result/output from the tcpdump is somewhere in the answers above.

Hi Seilemor,
unfortunately I can't help you further unless you start to TCPDUMP/SSLDUMP on the application servers.
Cheers, Kai

Hey, I will perform an tcpdump on the application server today at 2pm...

hmmm... now I have the tcpdump from the application server. Sadly I can not see anything. If I put the pcap file into the ssldump utility I can also only see the client hello commands from the F5 :(

So your F5 is sending the Hello,, the all servers are able to receive the Hellos but just some servers are not responding to it? I guess its time to analyse your individual servers for differences, isn't it?
Cheers, Kai
