SSL and SharePoint 2013 question
Hi
I am using F5 LTM Virtual Edition to load balance SharePoint Server 2013. I have not deployed the iApp yet but I was wondering if F5 can help with a more efficient deployment of SSL.
For example, without F5, I perform the normal method of deploying the certificates to the SharePoint servers, binding to IIS, etc.
With F5, is there an alternative way such as deploying the certificate onto F5 and just selecting an SSL profile?
Thanks

Absolutely. Take a look through the deployment guide for different use cases. SSL Offloading is extremely common. You can send unencrypted traffic to the SharePoint WFE's while terminating the SSL at the F5, as long as there are proper AAM mappings.
Check out the Deployment Guide Here.
