SSL - SignatureException - wrong signature length

Hi guys, I have a problem with SSL config (backend appliacation ---SSL---> F5 -----http with cert info in header)-->. I created jks keystores on the application server and config SSL client profile on F5 (I've read documentation). Unfrotunately I get exception on my app: 

CertPathValidatorException with msg: signature check failed Caused by class java.security.SignatureException with msg: Signature length not correct: got 256 but was expecting 128
What I'm doing wrong?

    Check if serverSSL profile is configured correctly. Secondly check whether cert and bundle are configured correctly in clientSSL profile. In case of problem, please share details.
