    From the Configuration Utility

     

    1) First, go to "System ›› Users : User List" and check that your user has the "Terminal Access" option enabled on "Advanced shell" or the "Tmsh"

     

    2) Then go to "System ›› Platform" check both settings "SSH Access" and "SSH IP Allow"
