SQL monitor receive String

Hi there,

 

I am trying to add a monitor that will query a database on the server and reply with a response. The query run would be Evaluate(ProcessDate), the output however is not a constant and will reply back with a date and time

 

Is there a way to query and get a variable output based on say a date
