Unfortunately, the F5 APM display icons of citrix resources in the order the system receive them from the Citrix XML Broker.
You may want to use a VIP targeting a VIP feature to rewrite and reorder content but I suggest not doing it for maintainability purposes.
The feature you are looking for is currently not available on F5 at this time.
