NimbostratusSorry Page hosting on LTMs being load balanced by GTMs
Hi ,
We have GTM sending the traffic to two different datacentre LTM.
We want to host Sorry page functionality on F5 itself rather than redirecting to another server.
I believe that GTM only intercepts DNS traffic , LTM can however intercept HTTP traffic for sorry page.
But if we host sorry page on LTM then the site would be still up & traffic won't be redirected to other site LTM by GTMs.
I want that as long as the pool members of particular site are up the GTM should resolve to that LTM & then to other site LTM & if all site poll members are down then to Sorry Page.
Can you help me where to host Sorry Page & irule if any we have to use on GTMs.

That what I have to figure out. What is definite is we want to host the sorry page on F5 devices itself, either on LTM or GTM. I have seen several ways to host Sorry Page on LTM but none on GTM.
I don't think that GTM can host an HTTP page.
so, what could be the solution so that if both sites LTM's pool member goes down then only we get the sorry page.
Appreciate a quick response.
