I am having problems logging onto my VPN network through Firepass using F5 software via IE8 and Mozilla. I receive the following message:

Jul 20, 2010Reimaging the client OS does seem fairly drastic for an SSL VPN connection issue. If you want a faster, official response, you might try asking your IT group to open a support case with F5 Support. F5 Support could work with you and your Firepass administrator to troubleshoot the issue from the client and Firepass perspective.
