Very interesting, I'm not receiving e-mail alerts from Firepass. My IT department is at a loss and has suggested that I have my hard drive re-imaged, but I'd prefer not to take such a drastic measure to have this problem resolved.

 

 

Interesting point about the compatibility setting, but I don't have that active. I also tried downgrading to Internet Explorer 7, but I was still unsuccessful.

 

 

On a positive note, I was able to bypass the "Sorry. ActiveX control is required to view this page." message by accessing Firepass through a different server, thereby receiving an information bar prompt that asks whether or not I want to install the applicable driver, but, upon accepting the installation, I advance to another box stuck at "Loading 0%". Unsure how to proceed at this point.
