My IT department's at a bit of a loss as to how to direct me further.

 

 

I'm sorry, not too technologically savvy, so I'm not quite sure how to check whether my user agent string is changing. How could I set Firepass up to send an e-mail when the UAS changes?

 

 

I'm currently using Internet Explorer 8 (Version: 8.0.6001.18702).
