NimbostratusSome microsoft OS based apps not authenticating
Hi,
I'm working with a client that has an F5 LB in place. We have enabled SSL termination at the LB, and all the clients are working fine except for our Windows based clients. Web client, Android client (Android client requires SSL certs and works fine). The windows one times out on us and I cannot get any log data on this from the client end. I suspect there is a setting in the LB profile that may be causing this particular client type to fail authentication and time out. Has anyone experienced this and would you know what to set to correct this? Thanks!

We had a similar issue with our certificates provided by comodo.
What was required for us was ensuring the certificate chain in the SSL client profile was set properly otherwise windows was just killing the session.
sreynolds_01_13Thanks. I'll look into this as they have comodo issued certs.
- Andrew_HuskingOne thing we've noticed is they use about 4 different chains, so we were using one for all of them, then when we got new ones, they each had a different chain.
