Cumulonimbussol16492: being asked to downgrade?
This is insane. The problem is limited to v11.6.0, but instead of fixing it for v11.6.0, f5 seems to be saying that we should downgrade to v11.5.3.

i understand it will also be fixed in 11.6.0 hf5. doesn't workaround work in the meantime?
ID501953 A failsafe going active on a standby does not clear next active for that switch.
