snmp dca monitoring

hi, with log thresold reached and weight is 0.000 on both but why node is not disable because of snmp dca monitor shows that it reaches and pass the threshold value?

I am looking for the load average value for 1 minute average and threshold is 4 but it runs 1 hour on 9 but it never disables node from the node monitor added as snmp dca?
