Is it possible to provide SNAT Pool Members Priority/Ratio using IRuels.What i mean is that out of 10 new connections 7 would select SNAT into Pool Member 1 and other would select SNAT into Pool Member 2? Any help would be appreciated.

I can't think of an easy way to use iRule to achieve what you are looking to get done. You may create multiple SNAT pools each with specific SNAT IP and use some logic to make decision. However, it seems convoluted. What is the goal of such a set up ? May be there is easier way to achieve what you are seeking to obtain without ratio for SNAT IP.
