Nov 23, 2011SNAT AUto map configuration
1. I am planning to deploy Exchange 2010 OWA and it will be load balanced through F5. 2. Challenge i am having here is All the new mail box servers which are going to be deployed are single NIC and as per the diagrams attached they should be connected ( as Non routed vlans) and will be part of VIP which is part of Routed vlan . 3. I also need these mail boxes to communicate with Other servers which are connecting in VSS switch. Please suggest me best way to achieve this. I thought of creating SNAT but i am not sure I can achieve it as the VIP and nodes are in different vlans .. Also please let me know about AUTOMap SNATs

Hi Kaladhar,
I couldn't view the attachment for some reason. But the VS being in a different VLAN than the pool members shouldn't have any impact on using SNAT. If the pool members aren't on the same subnet as a self IP then you'll need to use SNAT (probably a SNAT pool with a specific free IP) and have a TMM route to use to get to them.
