Slow Ramp + priority Group Activation

if pool contians 2 pool members , if slowe ramp is enabled on one pool member it will receive less number of connections than it should ( when marked up aftre being down ) for amount of time dependi...

what about if : priority group activation is enabled , master server( master pool member ) is coming up after going down , will new connections only go to it or even existing connections will be dropped from current server & will be sent to it ?
