Hi Flo,

 

 

On the BIG-IP, you could apply a rate class. I've also heard of people using Shunra to simulate/test WAN conditions. I think they used to have a free version which you might still be able to find online. I don't know of any current free or opensource programs, but I'm sure they're out there as well.

 

 

Anyone else have ideas?
