Simplest can't ping to directly connected another interface

I have a lab in my eve. I can't ping another interface ip address. Design is simplest. I connect F5 and cisco switch. I gave same subnet ip address on each interface with same vlan. In F5 side vlan created and assigned ip on selfip and cisco side I created vlan, assigned ip on interface. Vlan configuration is tagged on each interface. But I can't ping. What is the problem? and what is a solution?
