SharePoint iApp / WAM must be provisioned when a Virtual Server is using a Web Acceleration profile
Am in the process of setting up separate iApp to test the functionality of WAM and SharePoint and getting this error when I try to deploy the iApp.
01070668:3: WAM must be provisioned when a Virtual Server is using a Web Acceleration profile (/Common/Sharepoint_Test_2010.app/Sharepoint_Test_2010_optimized-acceleration) with attached applications.
AAM is already provisioned as Nominal, so I am not understanding why I am getting this error.

After several weeks of troubleshooting with F5 support, it appears the issue with AAM licensing is related to datastor config object that effectively disabled AAM on load.
sys datastor { web-cache-weight 0 }
To resolve the issue, run this command:
tmsh modify sys datastor web-cache-weight 50 tmsh save sys config partitions all
