Hi teepan123, do you have your alternate access mappings configured correctly in SharePoint central admin? The external URL should use https:// and then add an internal URL that uses http://.

Yes I have, (I follow from appendix A in deployment guide) but it's still doesn't solve this problem

Which version of Firefox are you using, and which element of the page is coming back as http? I just tested on FF 25 & 28 and don't see the problem.

Alternate access mappings will rewrite the links in the SharePoint response to match the protocol in the request. If you are offloading SSL, for example, you need an external URL of https:// and an internal URL of http://.

You should not need a stream profile.
