Shared folder access is denied when using F5 VPN
Hi,
We have an issue where the user cannot access the shared folder even his account is allowed to access that shared folder when using F5 APM VPN.
Scenario: User access the shared folder directly, he can access it using his laptop. He acces it using F5 then using same laptop, he can also access it.
But when he access the shared folder using different laptop, and uses same account as he used previously on F5 VPN, he cannot access the shared folder.
What could be the issue?

Is the user on VPN getting blocked from getting a kerberos ticket from the DC?
