setting up FTP passive VIP with TLS on ftp server

What is the best method to setup a passive FTP VIP? I have setup a standard FTP VIP on port 21 and with ssl certificates on the server. When I try to connect to this VIP from filezlla or from linux commandline FTP, I see errors as "501 command not recognized"

    Hello,

     

    I think that an ftp profile is missing in your Virtual Server configuration.

     

    Try with the default ftp profile and see if the error persist
