SESSION ESTABLISHED BUT NOT ABLE TO CONNECT

After entering my userid and password and then secure ID and password, it shows session established and then it shows disconnecting and downloading server setting and again land to login page.

    are you an end user or the bigip admin? if an end user your probably are better of talking to your IT department, they can check the logs and see if there is a clear cause.
