Server not accessible after upgrading from 9.4.5 to 10.0.1 for LTM 1500

Hi,

 

 

After upgrading my Big-IP LTM 1500 from 9.4.5 to 10.0.1 my servers behind the Big-IP is not accessible.

 

The fisrt connection is OK (I can reach my application on the web server) and after (after closing my browser and try again) NOK !!!

 

After DUMP & WireShark, I can see that my web server (behind Big-IP) processed the request, the answer is sent to the Big-IP and then dropped (or other) by the Big-IP.

 

The config of the release 10 is the same of the 9.4.5.

 

With a tail I can see that the Big-IP stop the process during a redirect in my i-rules.

 

 

Can somebody help, please ?

    There is not much information that you providing to tell us what is exactly going on. Your symptoms can point to a number of different causes each different. My first suggestion is to contact F5 Support to have them go through your configuration to see if you have something missing or misconfiguration - as seen on version 10.
