Server failover not working

For some reason I'm not getting failover working properly.   Have 2 servers in a simple pool, with server 1 been the Primary Server server 2 standby   server 1 - Ratio = 1 Priority Group = 2  ...

Sorry, bad assumption. I believe you can still use it though.
