SelfIP - cannot ping Servers on same subnet

Bigip- 12.1.3

 

Two Arm setup: Server VLAN port (interface 2.0) - Adding Self IP 10.51.41.2. from F5 cannot ping my server on the same subnet 10.51.41.6.

 

Removed Server VLAN. Added SelfIp for Client Vlan port (interface 1.0) 10.51.88.10 and can ping 10.51.41.6.

 

Fluke F5 interface 2.0 - shows 10.51.41.2 Fluke switch - shows correct VLAN for 10.51.41.2 Changed ServerVLAN to use Interface 3.0 and 4.0 using ip 10.51.41.2 - same results, cannot ping 10.51.41.6.

 

What would cause SelfIP not be able to ping servers on the same subnet? Switch looks ok.
