Hello Anoop,
what you're asking is not specific to F5 but it's pure network.
if you want to partition your 2 subnet you have to create différent VLAN (you can not do otherwise).
If you want to assign 2 subnets to the same vlan on F5 you can do IT but in netork side it will not be partitioning without talking about the F5 part. You can create 2 selfip with the same vlan with different Subnet without problem. but in terms of security of best practice it is not Weel.
Why you don't use 2 separete vlan?
