SecurID Prompts with Radius Authentication
The advantages of using native SecurID authentication in an APM policy is the built-in support for all of the different prompts that you may encounter such as the following:
The advantage of Radius authentication is that it has the ability to return attributes to APM that can be used for things such as assigning lease pools. The disadvantage of Radius is the lack of support for all of the SecurID messages shown above. With Radius, the user is presented with a blank screen and a box to type in something but there is no associated prompt.
The ideal solution would be to use native SecurID authentication but have Radius attributes returned. I am looking for a solution or work around that relies on SecurID and/or Radius so that I do not require an LDAP or AD lookup.
Thanks.
